Article 1 – Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by The Miswak Ritual and to every distance contract concluded between The Miswak Ritual and the consumer.
2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Any general terms and conditions of the consumer are explicitly rejected.
Article 3 – The Offer
3.1 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
3.2 Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind The Miswak Ritual.
3.3 All images and specifications are indicative and cannot be grounds for compensation or dissolution.
Article 4 – The Contract
4.1 The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set.
4.2 After conclusion, the consumer receives a confirmation by email.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment
5.1 All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Any shipping costs are clearly stated before the contract is concluded.
5.3 Payment takes place via the offered payment methods (including iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay).
Article 6 – Delivery and Execution
6.1 Delivery takes place at the address given by the consumer.
6.2 The Miswak Ritual aims to deliver within the stated period and at the latest within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
6.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with The Miswak Ritual until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal Period
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product. The consumer must notify us of the withdrawal via email.
7.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
After withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
7.4 Costs of Withdrawal
The costs for return shipping are for the consumer’s account, unless there is an error or defect on the part of The Miswak Ritual.
7.5 Depreciation
The consumer may assess the product as they would be allowed to do in a physical store. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, The Miswak Ritual may charge this depreciation to the consumer.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Products where the seal has been broken, for reasons of hygiene and health protection (such as Miswak holders and brushes).
Article 9 – Refund
The Miswak Ritual refunds all payments from the consumer, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days following receipt of the return. Repayment takes place via the same payment method used by the consumer.
Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee
The Miswak Ritual guarantees that the products comply with the contract and the reasonable expectations of the consumer. The legal guarantee applies.

The Miswak Ritual processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. See the Privacy Policy on the website for more information.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
Dutch law applies exclusively to all contracts.
