Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully happy with your Miswak Ritual order. If you’re not, we’ll make your return as smooth as possible.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the last product.

Hygiene exceptions

Miswak holders, brush heads and miswak sticks are sealed for hygiene reasons. Once the seal is opened, the item can no longer be returned. Unopened, sealed items can always be returned within the withdrawal period.

How to return

1. Email us at info@themiswakritual.com with your order number and reason. You can also use our contact form.
2. Pack the products carefully — preferably in the original packaging — so they reach us undamaged.
3. Ship the package to the return address below within 14 days after your notification. Return shipping costs are for the consumer’s account, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be refunded within 14 days on the same payment method, including standard shipping costs.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at info@themiswakritual.com, with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — including return shipping.

Refunds

We refund you via the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your return. For iDEAL and credit card payments the amount usually appears in your account within 1–5 business days.
